I found this Youtube of a teardown of a valve-crashed Ecotec. Morbidly interesting. Lifters look just like the pics in #4.
This thread seemed like a fitting home for the link, but maybe the mods know a better place.
it’s a later motor, a 2.4 LEA from a 2012 Equinox or something, but it will look very familiar, as it’s basically a direct-injection version of the LE9 used in 2009-11 2.4L HHR’s.
