Captive nut loose on Subframe Bolt

Unable to get sub-frame bolt out of rear control arm bushing. Appears captive nut is moving. How do I access the captive nut? This is on the passenger side of the vehicle.
this is 2009 HHR

That the easy side! Look up above the bolt from under the car, above the subframe, try a pry bar to wedge into the cage to hold the nut from spinning.

Here’s a photo with the subframe removed, see the cage.

Smile Thank you

The nut was not the problem, it was holding fine. Problem was the metal bushing in the control arm was seized from corrosion, Had to put tons of penetrating oil on the bolt and basically remove all of the rubber from the outside of the bushing so that my vice grips could get a hold on the bushing. Then used my impact wrench to get the bolt loose from the bushing. It came right out as soon as it broke loose. Thank you for the picture it showed me where the nut was and enabled me to rule that part out..

You’re welcome! Glad you got it out! Do you need a new bolt? There’s a part number here, somewhere
