Car back from the dealer....again.....

My 09 HHR/SS has a few odd issues with it. Our dealer cant figure it out yet.
ISSUE 1
1.Car takes of sluggish when you nail it off the line....real sluggish......then mid range will boost to 18-22 lbs. I have the Stage 1 kit. There are no codes,no lights...nothing. Dealer is scratching their heads. They think maybe the torque converter or turbo.

The car is automatic.

ISSUE 2:
2.When driving under normal conditions (not fast),if you come out of a right hand turn and get on the gas(again...not fast),the car loses power and will not accelerate. You can floor it and it will not accelerate.Just stays steady at whatever speed you were coasting at. It seems to be after it has downshifted from 3rd to 2nd and you are then completing the turn and trying to go from 2nd to 3rd again. No boost,nothing.....take your foot off and press again and it goes. The techs jaw dropped on a test drive. We went to a circle(sterring right)and floored it.....nothing.....turn left and its fine. Again....no codes,no lights. Tech has no clue. Never saw anything like it. They called tech line and they dont know. I have to bring the car back again next week. Its very frustrating. Its a year old last week and has 11,291 miles on it. Ive been working in a Chevy dealer for 24 years now and never saw anything like this.
I like the car but it has had so many stupid little issues with it.
These issues have me and the techs stumped.

Maybe a fuel issue? That is the strangest thing I've ever heard of. Wonder why it's only when you turn right...keep us posted on results.

I would pull the fuel rail off and check for debris. Then I would start tugging on harnesses that might move when making the turn.

strange?

That does sound a little strange, but it brings to mind a problem I had with a truck that did the same thing. It turned out to be a loose pickup sock in the fuel tank on the pump.

Could be a fuel issue.I'll let you know when I know. I am still driving it. We are getting a new service manager next week and then the tech will be able to spend more time on the car. Right now he his acting service manager and he is pulled all different ways all day.
