Ah. Missed that. Used a Dorman once, without issue, but have read several complains.

At least pull it and check for crud on it. Any chance the old one, which was apparently working fine, was saved?

I did not save the old one past the first week or so. I can't find the receipt either. Maybe O'Reilly can look it up via my phone number.
I will probably pull it this weekend to check if the weather holds out (no garage).

Just a random thought; if I had to grab a parts store solenoid valve because I was in a hurry, I would go with AutoZone Duralast for the warranty. Still definitely would prefer AC Delco, purchased online for the better price.

Yeah, my plan was AC Delco (out of stock locally), Duralast (AutoZone website said they were in stock locally, but they guy couldn't find them), the Dorman (O'Reilly had them in stock).

If cost is an issue, you should consider searching online sales.
at my local AZ solenoids are AC Delco-$69, Dorman-$59
at RA solenoids are AC Delco-$39, Dorman-$21

Big savings. Especially if buying 2.

Sorry for the confusion. I was describing the plan I had last year when I wound up buying the Dorman. It wasn't about cost. It was about what was available locally that day so I could just get it done.
I will be ordering from Rock Auto this time. Thanks
