Check battery syst
Guys im in deep sh** o havea check charging system in and imin middle of nowhere in serbia, my car wont even start now. I pulled the car to a local magician and he mointed the voltmeter to the box of fuses (-) and to the belt part and said its the alternator/generator, and he told me is not repairable, only teh part replacemnt.
Help me i have some serbs that want 100+ electricia job (x) euro for doin it tommowrow.
How sure can i be its the alternator.
The car had 10,3 v from the alternator on the engine on no gas pedal.
The meśage after the check chargin system was battery saving on. Then my servo went down and the car stopped.
Oh there was no battery icon when it was driven, im 1000 km from home, please help !
Maybe someone from serbia ?

First off. How old is the battery ?
These cars don't like low voltage. Causes many problems.
Just for information. What is the CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) of the battery you have now ?
"The car had 10,3 v from the alternator on the engine on no gas pedal."
Are you saying the engine was running when this voltage reading was done ?

I meant the oposite of the alternator (-) under the fuse box and (+) around the opposite side of the alternator
