I was having the dreaded clunking noises coming from the front end. I first changed out the links/stabilizer bars which made a small amount of improvement then I changed the sway bar bushings and it appears they were the culprits.SUCCESS!!! I was worried I might need to change out the lower control arms next.

 

Not the whole LCA, just the rear bushings.

That is correct. I would have replaced the whole thing if needed until I read an earlier post that you made about just replacing the bushings.
