Don't go cheap or you may have a failure like one of our members posted recently.

OK a older thread revival ,FYI I am Old to lol 2011 HHR LT 2.2 78k on the clock ,
Going to get the Struts (Quick Struts) and rear shocks changed ! Rides good, ,tire wear good etc ! I have been reading this thread from the beginning then skipped to the end so may have missed some things.
When I had the counter guy do my est. I believe he said a Sway Bar link was recommended as well ! Was not sure which one as it showed 1 at 11" and one at 13" .. FYI going by memory from 2 months ago :O
Looking at Monroe Shocks and Quick Struts. Not sure if going to the higher end Monroe's is worth it ???
Is using the Monroe's worth the cost ???
What brand do you use ?
Anyone know the length of the Sway Bar link on the 2011 ??? Are all 2011 the same ?
Also I am not doing the install I do have 3 garage's and my old shop mechanic to rely on :) I work PT in a Auto Parts store and they will install labor only ! So I want to have all the parts before I drop off the HHR
I am tech challenged so my wording may be way off :O

Thanks for the help !

Sway bar end links - all use the 10" ones (actually 9.86" center to center).
Monroe Quick Struts are often used with good results.
