i replaced the maf and didnt solve the problem
any ideas?

Welcome, but this website is for the 2006-2011 Chevrolet HHR. Not even sure what a 2015 opel corsa e is.
You would be better off to find a website that deals with your type of car.

P0133 and P1133 both have to do with o2 sensors. If it was an HHR I would suspect the fuse marked EXH in the underhood fuse box.

P0102 pertains to MAF sensor problems

P0133 pertains to O2 sensor and pods exhaust leak, but also a dirty MAF

P1133 pertains to a possibility of a vacuum leak, faulty O2 sensor wiring

I suggest you check the MAF sensor first , make sure it’s plugged in!
Look at the exhaust if there’s a flex pipe just between the exhaust manifold and the 1st O2 sensor look for a leak there.

I should have explained; All three codes relate to voltage problems and coincidently the MAF is on the same fuse as the O2 sensors.
