miss fire codes

Anyone else having miss-fire codes? My SS will throw a code after sitting for a few days in the cold/moist winter air. Anyone else??? Dealer hasn't a clue.

Yah mine is too, I am getting p0302, two separate instances now. Only on start up, seems to run fine after. We warm ours up first before we take off and have never noticed a missfire. I erase the codes and no problems after. We have 25,000kms on ours.

my HHR is 100% stock. the code only comes up as you said on start up. it never misses a beat otherwise. can't say I even noticed a stumble when it set the code. I always let it warm up at least 5 minutes before it moves. I have seen one service bulletin that is relative to moisture in the spark plug well, but the engineer was still collecting data. did this ever get a fix???

My HHR has the gm stage 1 upgrade. As for anything else I have a autostart remote start in it with a idata bypass. I already eliminated the remote start as the problem by disconnecting it for a couple weeks, then it set the light on again with it disconnected.

The engineering TSB was closed with no clear cut solution as to why the codes were being set. They recommended that the dealer follow normal diagnostic procedures.
