Miss fire codes

Hey there, I just got off the phone with dealer and they replaced the injectors with an upgraded one for my 08SS. They cited a service bulletin for the fix. Does anyone have a copy of this? I am interested to see it. thank you. At the sametime are there any other "non publized" upgrades/updates that are out there????

I was just at the dealer and they had a service bulletin on the intake pipe, but they couldn't do anything with my SS being that I have an aftermarket intake installed. They didn't mention anything about injectors, it would be nice to get more info on this one.

I should be picking it up today. I will get the bulletin then. Do you have the number for the intake?

Okay I picked up the SS on Thursday. Drove it 150 miles on Friday everything is good. sat from friday night at 11pm to 2pm Saturday fired it up and the light is back on. they replaced the #3 injector and rebuilt the other 3. Took it back in this morning same code, P0303. They talked to GM techline and they are convinced it is a sticky valve???? Now I understand what causes a missfire and I cannot see how this effects it. I am fine with putting a new head on the engine through Warranty, but I am not all that confindent in the technician/shop to handle this. This is "the first SS we have ever seen". The reason for my apprehension is mainly from repairing "professional" shops screw ups. This just my experience and not accusing anyone.

So my question is what are the thoughts on this being the issue?

still problems

Hey guys well guess what. new injectors and now a replaced head. the idea is the valves in cylinder #3 were hanging. But evidently that is not the case. So I have now went from a motor that misfires once or twice in the warm-up cycle with little effect. Now the motor has a very noticeable mis/vibration as it warms up, once it kicks down it is smooth. HAS anyone else had an issue with this?????? help!

I have just started having P300/P303 codes on a regular basis. 08SS with 8000 miles. I have not noticed any symptoms other than the light. I do not have time to get into the dealer anytime soon, so I just clear the codes and the light will come back on within a week. I plan on getting it into the dealer one of these weekends, so I will post when I take it in.
