The dealership I bought my H from checks for TSBs anytime a vehicle is brought in, even if it is for routine maintenance.

How many KM do you get between fillups? We are getting about 575 km a tank in and around the city now that the engine is broken in.
We just did the math on the last fillup. Its 577km 90% being highway travel and 58 liters of gas used. (10% in town is actually being uber generous) So we're doing way better.

That's not good for highway at all.

Saw your post about the injector replacement and the severe drop in mileage afterwards...something is definitely messed up.

Well the issue is dead here as our dealer told us its good enough so live with it. That's too bad as we really love the HHR. If we could find a way to put a Honda power train in it, a decent windshield and running boards (our dealer wants $700 installed), we'd have our perfect vehicle.
