Just wondering if there is a limit to readout.Parked indoors overnight outside temp in morning -37c . backed out let warm up for approx 10 min. on way home noticed dic read -30 next it went to _ _ _ c. Does anyone know if there is a limit or do I have a sensor that just said it was too F. C. out.

i dont have that problem but a couple days ago we had the coldest temps all year(38 i know its not that cold but in miami it is) and the whole day today it said its 49(when it was 70). Happens all the time it reads the morning temp all day like the DIC freezes.

There is a post on here by snoopy that tells how the DIC outside temp works.
car has to run and drive at speed for it to read a new temp, also I think there is a time .
