Have you looked at the front red connection on the fuse box? The nut sometimes loosens or gets corroded. That wire comes from the battery and runs to the starter and the alternator.

Have you checked the voltage of the battery when you are having the problem (not after jumping and driving)?

Anything plugged into the cig lighters? Anything stuck in the bottom of either of them?

After market radio recently installed? Anything installed just before this started? Brake lights checked after shutdown? Does the car have OnStar module installed from factory?

Hast the ignition recall been done?

Here is a youtube search I did for "parasitic battery drain test" watch a few and try whatever you are capable of.

x2 what Donbrew is asking.
Plus when he says "Have you checked the voltage of the battery when you are having the problem (not after jumping and driving)?" - check the voltage not only at the battery, but at the underhood jumping points to see if there is a voltage drop difference.

Yep. That quote above throws up a Red Flag for me. If it won't jump up front, then that would be obvious there's something wrong there also. All the battery connections including any ground points should be checked and cleaned.

Re-checking

I think I have checked all of that, but I am going down your list, again just to be certain that I haven't missed anything. I bought a keyless start fob kit, but it hasn't even been installed yet, due to this problem lol. I believe everything is stock, stereo and all. But I will proceed down the check list and make notes of each result.
