My inside door handle broke off. To fix it the door needs to be open to get to the parts. I started to disassemble the inside door panel with the door un opened.. is there a spot where I can put a tool to trigger the inside so I can get the door open for the repair? The outside door handle was vandalized and just hanging off so I will have to fix that also.

 

The outside handle connects to the latch via a rod. You might be able to see it. yank it up.
The inside handle doesn't work? That connects via a cable.
No bypass that I know of. Maybe a body shop or locksmith would have a trick.

I was able to reach in where the handle broke and grab the ball on the end of the cable with needle nose pliers. Make sure the door is unlocked, pull, and it opens.
