Hmm. OK. Earlier Lonwane's post said tail lights. Now I see he edited that part to say tail/brake lights. Not really sure which lights he's talking about so I'll just watch this thread as an observer.

It's the brake / turn signal light.
Which brings to question, Could low voltage be an issue?
I haven't checked voltage at the battery but when I was doing some investigating I noticed that the tail light had less than 12 volts at the socket. (Motor not running)
The battery is only 8 months old, which doesn't mean anything, just wondering if.
That still doesn't explain only the driver side issue but I have to remove all that could be wrong.

Less than 12 V on both sides? Like the PO installed a resistor and didn't remove it?

Even with the motor not running it should be over 12V.

The left brake/turn lights are the yellow wire at pin A9 on connector C3 on the BCM.

Ignore the red circle, on this diagram the use J3 and X3 instead of C3, just to confuse everybody.

Hey Gang,
After over one year of it works it stopped woking, it works, it stopped working, ( insert jokes here) I finally broke down and took Toughie to the dealer for repair.
Turns out a wire was broken as had been recommended in a n earlier responce.
Good news is the issue has been resolved and I now have ALL my brake lights.
Now onto the suspension.

I am very happy you got the mystery resolved. You really have a ton of Resolve.
It was gratifying to see the guys stick with you through this very long effort.

Suspension NEXT ?????

I Gotta Buy a Pair of Reading Glasses for that one.

Good Luck.....

Front struts and steering rack. Gotta find the cause of the wobbling steering wheel upon braking.

What size load resistor is needed for L.E.D. conversion?

Does that have something to do with this thread? I must have missed it.
