Duralast Brakepads and Rotors
I currently have ACDelco 18A2413A Advantage Non-Coated Front Disc Brake Rotors installed on my HHR, and these rotors constantly get warped and glazed. I adjust my rear brake every 7,500 mi. I have been using Duralast Ceramic Brake Pads D1160 from AutoZone for a long time, and was thinking of upgrading my warranty to the high end Duralast Max Ceramic Brake Pads DGC1160. A few people on AutoZone website mentioned that combination of Duralast Gold Brake Rotor 41123DG and these pads really made a difference. Some mentioned that regular rotors would warp on their HHRs as well, but after replacing their rotors to the Gold version they never had that problem again. These rotors also have 3 year warranty.
Does anyone have any experience with these rotors and brake pads?
I don't mind upgrading to the high end brake pads, this will only cost me $20 extra dollars to upgrade my lifetime warranty. These rotors, however, are around $130 for a pair. That is a significant jump when compared with ACDelco rotors that run for $60 for a pair.

the quality of the brake parts is really important.
But I think, before choosing a high-quality (this means expensive) product, you must find a real reason for the deformation. Otherwise, you will spend money and not get the right result.
Unfortunately, rotor deformity is a congenital disease of HHR. The developer did not take into account something at the design stage of brake calipers. It is necessary to watch the guides of brake calipers and the piston.
Much has been written about this. For example: https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/hhr-...87/#post874163
