No the front passenger and the 2 rear door switches do not work.

As Donbrew stated earlier. Did you check the lockout switch ?

Window Lockout (Window Lockout):
Your vehicle has a lockout feature to prevent rear seat passengers from operating the windows. Press the lockout button, located with the power window switches, to turn the feature on and off. When the red band on the button is showing, the lockout feature is off.

It might be possible that the wire colors are different on the new switch block. Here is the diagram for the 3 windows involved. The other connector just goes directly to the driver window motor.

Note that there is a lck wire and a up wire and a down wire that tell the logic in the door switch what to do.

I think the lockout button only affects the rear windows.

They do as per what George quoted from the owners manual.
It's page 3-18 in mine.

I did find this video, music gets a little annoying, but this person shows his repair and explains how the power window system works
