What I understand:
none of the windows worked from any switch
replaced driver and all 3 other switches
driver window now works
none of the other windows work from any switch
there is good power and ground to all switches
motors work when jumped
there is power from the motors and polarity changes when the switch is activated

No response to the lockout question
No response to the wiring diagram

Sounds like it is not getting full 12,5 volts to motor, what is the condition of the battery?

So, as you have replaced all four switches in the drivers door cluster and the other 3 single switches, time to test continuity, and look for any broken wires, in the harness from the drivers door to the other three doors, like a common wire broken in the drivers front door harness boot .
I usually find a broken wire in that area

Since the diagram posted has color codes and pin numbers maybe make sure the wires are where they are supposed to be. GM has been known to use the same connectors with different color codes from year to year.

when I move the switch in the driver's control I can hear the switch relay in each door click.

What signal is being sent on the mast sw lk wires in both positions?

Are the color positions correct?
