The EVAP not passed could indicate a faulty under hood valve or under car vent valve.

 

You could try aa different app, there are lots of free ones. Torque (free) is the one I'm familiar with, it may not be available for iOS.

 

Thanx for the input. CEL light comes on when key engaged and off when started. No CEL when driving or codes reported. I did add a second battery a few days ago and the car gets very little use….maybe 1 day I drive 10 mins +10 mins back. I will look at the info using Torque also. It may be the vehicle was not driven far/long enough…10 mins is not a lot.
