Why would you suspect an EGR valve? Why would you change the injectors? Why not just try doing a diagnostic? Do you have lots of money to throw at problems?

Have you thought about cleaning the MAF sensor and the throttle body? Checking the wiring for mouse nibbles?

Sorry, but with the presented facts I just don't get your responses.

There isn't an EGR valve on the HHR. It is not a Toyota.

 

What year is your HHR? I suspect a bad egr valve on my 07, but can't find the damn thing.
