Using full words really would make it a lot easier to figure out what you are asking.

I interpret your post to mean:
- the engine light was flashing, but stopped
- you want to know if the flashing CEL indicates unburned fuel (ie: the misfire you posted in a second thread - it will be moved to merge with this one when I get to it)

Yes, typically the flashing CEL indicates that one should shut off the vehicle, as unburnt fuel can ruin the catalytic convertor.

Posting the code(s) from the CEL would be a good idea if you are looking for some advice on what to start checking.

 

That usually means misfiring. If rich, it could damage the catalytic converter. What is the code? Just the code, not the description.

Without those codes being posted - anything is a total guess.

note that it is p0304 (the last 4 characters are numeric)

P0304 indicates a misfire on cylinder #4 - if that is the only code received and the CEL is flashing, yes it can indicate excess unburnt fuel, meaning what? Bad plug, bad coil, bad wiring to coil, bad fuel injector etc. etc.
