Front End Alignment
Front End Alignment
So My HHR pulls to the right just a tad. I replaced the LCA's with loaded LCA (new bushings and balljoints). It still pulls a tad. I got a front end alignment about 6-8 month ago. It still pulled to the right just a tad, I put new tires on it, it still pulls just a tad. I am gonna get another front end alignment from a different shop, getting the lifetime warranty which I should have gotten the first time. Got any advice.
The camber(lean) of the road surface can make cars "appear" that they're pulling to one side a little. The interstates around here lean right in the right lane and left in the left lane. They'll pull you that way depending on the lane you're in.
I'm not sure how effective camber bolts are on our rigs, but I know they make them for the HHR's. And to be perfectly honest, I never understood what caster was.

agree.....
here's an example of what i mean by the elongated lower bolt hole...this strut's not for the HHR but it illustrates how the struts looked that i put on mine...
