Why don't you give your local GM parts department a try?

Looks like GM list for the bolt is $6.18 (US).

It will be cheaper to get it from the local GM dealer than online due to shipping costs. For example at Rock Auto the part is $4.27 + $3.99 shipping = $8.26.

Yeah, but that means dealing with the Devil. That's the only reason I can think of that it never occurs to people in search of that sort of part.
I was amazed that my local Chevy dealer had a bolt for the serpentine idler in stock.

I just posted the source of my search for the part number, not a suggestion of where to purchase one, that’s up to the reader to make that decision, I’m sure if you google that number you’ll find dimensions so you can head to the local hardware store or fasteners box store. Maybe TSC

That particular part is obviously a custom part (non-standard). Who said anything about recommending a particular vendor?
I guess, if you didn't care about the wheel alignment you, could use a generic bolt. Or, get a camber kit if dealing with GM really scares you.
I'll state it again: RockAuto is like Amazon they don't own any inventory everything is supplied by vendors, including GM parts departments and warehouses that purchased NOS from defunct dealerships. They have a great web site and search engine but that is what they are, not a retailer.

These are not lot-traceable aircraft fasteners. They could just be bad. Steel of insufficient yield strength would fail just like that. Im not saying those bolts weren’t over-torqued, but defective fasteners are all too common these days. Sometimes inferior steel is supplied, Sometimes the producer knowingly uses the wrong material. Not only is softer material cheaper, but when using it the expensive heading and thread rolling dies last a lot longer. Infuriating, really.

Question in post #19 about part number has been answered in post #20.
The on going debate about TTY and single use bolts is valid, the decision to reuse or replace these fasteners is up to the individual HHR owner. I got one suggest replacing them. But that’s just me. And yes, I have reused them , but one time only . The suggested torque value is 85 ft/lbs .
