Front Rotors warped

The brakes on th HHR need to be recalled.
Theres no reason brakes should warp, and squeak after a couple thousand miles.
When I go for my next oil change, I`m gonna file an official complaint with my dealership... Either it`s they`re service dept. or GM., somebodies gonna be on the hook.
Why should I need to change rotors on a new ride.?

I feel exactly the same... this is a new car and now I have to make a second trip to the dealer?... have you contacted GM yet... I was thinking of contacting them at the number in the owners manual... Good luck with this.
Everytime makes it worse

I'll be looking into rotors....I'll try SolCal HHR on Monday or something.....or when they warp again...which should be possibly by Monday ....LOL

I'm not sure about this, but everytime they machine the rotors, doesn't that make warpage more likely in the future since there is now even less rotor to help dissipate heat... sure seems like it to me.

I'm thinking of calling GM as well. I want to know for sure this is a common problem thou.
This is not a new problem.
My last 3 cars (1998 Cavalier, 2001 & 2003 Malibu) all had issues with front brakes. Every one of them needed new rotors and pads earlier than they should have.
My 2003 Malibu had the pads changed and rotors turned under warranty by 29,000 kms. Pads and rotors were replaced (non GM) by 52,000 kms.
