Exclamation turns over/no start

what it be to much to ask which fuses/relays the car needs to start?
im on a tight budget to get my car fixed. mechanic charges $180 just for the diagnosis, I know its not an easy job but im in a struggling situation.
trying to avoid mechanic fees.

Did you ask the fellow that fixed it the last time? Or, look at the invoice.

Yes I called and he's behind 2 weeks of work, the invoice just says fuse but not which one it is
so I'm just doing what I can , not much I guess.

Most places I have ever dealt with waive the "diagnostic fee" if you let them do the work. It is supposed to be a way for them to not give free estimates. I would not deal with a shop that charged.
I find it unconscionable for them to charge $180 to change a fuse, and expect return business.
