Hi ya'll,just got back from the Italian DMV where they inspected my 2.4 LT for registration.....unfortunately it didn't pass the headlight check because there was no E (similar to our DOT) on the lights.Do you guys know if Chevrolet makes those headlights for the Euro market?I know that Chevrolet used to sell HHRs in Germany but I don't speak the language and the few dealers I contacted didn't speak English either.Can anybody out there help?Thanks

Try one of the Importers around the ship ports. They deal with making cars "country Legal" all the time.

 

Actually there is a solution to my problem,there are some companies that legally register the car in Germany first then re-register the car in Italy or any other EU country without having to go thru the inspection process again, the only problem is the cost, they charge about $2,500 for the operation.That would be my last option,I'm trying to find out if Chevrolet made different HHR headlights for Europe.
