HHR dead again
Please help. Have installed two new fuel pumps as per chevy. Car still dead. have found loose connection at UBEC harness, female clip is broken. please what is the part number and name of female clip on wiring harness that goes into bottom of fuse block-female clip pushed out and broken, not sending power to fuel pump- pushed back in place (temporary fix) and the car started and run just fine.

I needed the same type of pin for the fuse box connector when I installed fog lights.
I could not find anyone to supply me with one not even the dealer.
I used a standard female spayed terminal and used RTV sealer squirted it into the connector around the pin to hold it from getting pulled out.
Another option would be to find a connector from a junk yard and reuse one of the pins

Sorry to say Jack, but Lucky hit the nail on the head.
That connector is made of pure "Unobtainium", it's just not available.
Either go Lucky's route, or find a local salvage yard with some vehicles built on GM's Delta platform like the HHR, Cobalt, G-5, Ion, or SAAB 9-3. Then try to salvage a connector from one of them.

If it was a SS, that 100 psi gauge wouldn't even come close.
The SS high pressure fuel pump can put out some serious fuel pressure numbers. Check out this RPD shot from my car at startup.
