HHR overheating
Says right on it, "HP Tuners". Also Check out "Torque" and "ScanMaster"on Google Play & I think I-phone now. PM me if you want a PC solution.
You will also need an ELM 327 adapter, available on E Bay for $15-$20. There are a few different ones in either BT or USB, they are all made in China and have bad QC so purchase from a dealer with free returns. The "made in USA" versions run in the over $100 range.

If the fan dont kick on till 223 i would like to think not many hhr fans have ever been used... If your hhr goes over 200 on a regular bases something is definitely wrong. Thermostat should open or something. Soo will be nice to know what the issue is
Summertime, stop and go traffic, you'll see temps over 200* regularly. Not a problem as long as the coolant doesn't boil. With a pressurized system + coolant, the boiling point is raised significantly.
