how do I replace the turn signal lamp?

how do I replace the turn signal lamp?
My right rear lamp went out today and I cannot figure out how to take it out to replace it? How does this happen?

Okay I got it. I had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to unhook it from the socket and everytime I try to hand turn anything it seems my hands don't have enough torque!

Glad you got it. I edited my post and removed that youtube video. They make 'rocket science' out of it. The manual is much simpler.
