hvac not draining water
water is not draining out on my 2008 hhr ls. after about 10 minutes I start getting water coming out of the air vents. not bad but should not be anyway. cold water in face is not fun. I ran a wire through the drain hole on the fire wall. I pushed wire in till hit something solid. No water came out. what now. I already have had to replace the blower motor because of rain water getting in. I cleaned leaves out, replaced motor. now water from evaporator is not draining out. what is next?

Air through the drain.
Go to the auto parts store and buy the product made for just such a task. http://www.autozone.com/a-c-charging...dor-eliminator
It is caused by the same microbes that cause mildew.
You should be able to get to the inside part of the drain through the cabin air filter area.

Mine did the same thing last year. I removed air breather, reached down to rubber drain outlet and squeezed it. Got a bunch of water out.
I the used a can of compressed air to insert straw into hole and blow air and 50/50 mix of bleach and water into hole. This removes the algae and fungus that grows in condensate lines naturally.
Small smell of bleach in vents for a day but that is just assurance of it working.
