I was reading the searches how sometimes after market fobs would not work the remote start. So I went to dealer spent $96 and all works except the remote start.

 

Is it turned on? Read your Owner Manual for how to.

Is your car equipped with RS? Code AP3 on the glovebox label.

If the car was a former rental or a standard trans or a 2010-2011 in may have been built without.

 

All working fine. Dim a** me was hitting buttons backwards.

 

See can't even spell dumb.

 

It's working now, that's the main thing !
