If a structural bolt like that needs replacement and can't be found, I'd certainly be looking at aircraft hardware hardware suppliers, though they seem to have few to no metric bolts. And if that fails, then maybe try to find a suitable Unbrako bolt so you can get something that you can be reasonably sure won't break. Also, cover the threads and body with anti-seize so the threads don't corrode and the body does not seize to the bushing.
