I think it is "level control port". Pull it out and let the fluid dribble until it stops.
This what it says for 2007, later years say Dexron VI, Dexron III should be OK.

It is a 5 speed.
\Main diff between Dex III and Dex VI is VI ifull syn.
In a standard I don't think there is much difference, just Gear lube don't have to worry about clutches etc.
