The original post date on this was April,2011. Then the OP comes back 6 months later and refers to the same vibration. This is supposed to be about a 2011 car. Something doesn't sound right about this whole thread.

 

If you read his other thread, he took it to the dealer who claimed the excessive vibration on startup was normal. I say definitely go to another dealership.
