Why in the heck would a system, which has a function, come from the factory OFF?
Makes no sense, never heard of such a feature on a HHR til now.

 

Took my HHR Panel to the dealer, they fooled around with it for a while and found a fan wire that had rubbed through the insulation against a bracket under the dash. They repaired the wire and its working fine now. No charge.

 

So much, for the after blow feature !!!
