I would wonder if the head lights are even wired up; especially if this is a "shady deal".

Nope just standard halogen. The wheel well covers are missing too. I can test the voltage when I get home from work today

reconstructed title. bought it from a friend of one of my family members.

I bet nobody has ever looked at the headlight wires, much less traced them.
Do the DRLs work?

Those are both ECMs, and the interchange numbers don't match. They don't seem to have BCMs for our HHRs.

Doesn't really matter now, he said he bought a preprogrammed one.
Is "reconstructed title" something like "salvage title"? If so, the car was junked because repairs would cost more than the Blue Book value, i.e.: junk.
