Hello, I screwed up changing all the water related hoses on my 09 SS Panel. I recently had quadruple bypass surgery and in trying to make it easier to get to all the clamps, I cut the ends off the lower front hose at the radiator and the rear hose on the thermostat housing.
I am being told by every parts store and the Chevy dealer that they are no longer available, and will have to find aftermarket hoses.
Does anyone have any information on where I could purchase both lower hoses?

You can just get straight tubes and use a hair dryer to heat it up for bending to the correct shape.
I tried GoOgling the part number and got nothing.

What’s wrong with aftermarket hoses ?

Just curious. Why would take off the old hoses before you had the replacements in hand ?

Unfortunately I was misled by a major auto parts store that he had exhausted all aftermarket options.

I originally was just replacing a broken and leaking overflow tank. I’d never changed any of the coolant hoses since new so I just decided to replace them all while I had the radiator leaned forward.
I live an hour away from the parts store so I decided to just pull them off and take them with me, thinking it would be no big deal finding radiator hoses. I’ve learned a hard lesson about calling ahead to check on part availability only to have to make a second trip due to a wrong part. Plus this isn’t a daily driver so it’s no big deal to let it sit until I get the parts.

I also need to say Thank You for your help and direction with my timing chain kit and guide kit, I think it was a zzp kit. The kit first installed was from a local auto parts store and lasted only about a thousand miles and started rattling. I pulled the valve cover and the upper guide between the cams was completely gone and the bolt you suggested to check on the banana shaped guide was backed out.
I bought the chain and guide kit and upgraded bolt that you suggested and life is good again.
