Changing upper radiator hose
I just did mine.... this morning! The factory clamps are on so that they are inaccessible (bottom side of hose), so I highly recommend the radiator hose clamp tool. The clamp does not open up enough to slide over the barbed part of the barb of coolant water neck, So you use the tool (with cable) to open the clamp and then work the hose off first. Be sure to replace both hoses, since you got to remove the air filter to get access anyways. You will loose about a pint of coolant. I took the two 10mm bolts off the radiator clamps, so I could tilt it forward a couple inches. You might want to take the opportunity to clean everything up with degreaser and a toothbrush as well. Mine still leaks, so I will do it again tomorrow, but I am using worm gear clamps tomorrow. If you finish and you get an engine light, that is because you did not plug your MAF sensor in.
