In the long list of OBD trouble codes, I don't see any codes that describe a "PCM'.
There's CMP's, IAT's, TCM's and other codes. Until you can pull some actual code numbers, there's not much we can help you with there.
Try the battery related suggestions that the other members have suggested. Maybe you'll get lucky.

Look for a loose ground wire at the ground lug in the transmission housing just to the right of the oil filter housing.
check the pins in the TCM connector, are they tight , are they clean ?
The P0700 just means a communication connection between the TCM and the transmission has an interruption.

U0100 means the same thing for the ECM. The 3 codes together indicate "something" is wrong with the CANbus, most likely a loose wire

Has anybody been fiddling around under the hood?

Has anybody been fiddling with OnStar? Or the OBD2 diagnostic port?

First thing to do is get a tube of dielectric grease, then disconnect the ECM and the TCM, apply dielectric grease to the connections and re connect.

Okay guys I'll try that ! Is the ECM & TCM the two under the cover in front of the main fuse box under the hood ? And is the ground on the right side front of the trans ?

I suggest you disconnect the negative battery terminal, prior to any electrical work.

Okay guy's that worked and everything is good !! Thanks !! Now I changed out the thermostat and sensor car is running between 203 - 223 . When I changed it out I found some crystal like rocks in the hose and on the thermostat . Any ideas on what to do or do I just need to replace the radiator ?

Flush it out or replace it, they are not expensive .are you replacing the Dexcool also that’s the crystal problem it only has a 5 year life. Are you using an AC Delco 131-158 thermostat?

What's the best to use to flush one out with ? Yes that's the same thermostat .
