Pressure plate looks partially collapsed also.

Couldn't get a pic of the flywheel. This was after, but yes it was resurfaced. Said it was pretty bad.

 

Sure it was likely just like the pressure plate "Burnt"..

With the friction lining gone from clutch disc looks like you ride the clutch a bit..

This 'should' last ya a couple hundred thousand miles.. Driven properly..
