No crank, No power to starter solenoid, PCM is definitely trying though.

They come from the factory not tight enough, if it has ever been out most mechanics are afraid to tighten it as far as needed.. To reiterate "way past I'm afraid it will strip".
This is a once a week fix lately and every one has been "I tightened them".

I tighten those bolts every oil change. You have it fixed and running now , enjoy the ride!
