Starter solenoid voltage

Hi, Got a 2008 no crank issue. I can hear plunger on starter but its not turning engine. I took starter to autozone and it tested good. I have battery voltage on red starter cable but have about 1 or less volt on solenoid wire connector.

Whats the spec for solenoid wire connector during cranking?

Not sure, but I would think it's more than 1 volt. In the old days(my days)
I thought the solenoid switch received 12 volts.
Just for kicks. Check all your battery and chassis grounds before you have to trace that wire back to the source.
