First to Donbrew I want to apologise for being snippy with you I took it personally and was stressed and pissed at Amazon and I know you were just stating a fact and I appreciate your help. To all others that helped me and didn't have to thank you guys too.
I'm going to take the recommendation of a firmware update and I will update you guys on what it changed.
