No power to the starter

right rear tire hit a pot hole engine died
Seeing as how the battery is in the right rear, maybe you should have somebody inspect the battery terminals. They are very easy to damage and just a little loose can be bad.

The battery terminals looked brand new they didn't appear to be loose they tighten up fine I cleaned them with my wire brush but I will check them again

If you checked the battery terminals, then why didn’t you check the battery voltage as was suggested ?

I haven't checked anything yet I'm talking about when I installed the new battery everything looked fine and I cleaned the terminal's with a wire brush.

WE bought the car used in 2015 there has been no recall work done to it since we have had it.

So basically you haven’t looked at or checked anything yet. Not much else we can offer at this point until you at least check some of the suggestions.

I see you’ve been a member here for a long time. Then you should be familiar with the Ignition Recall work mentioned above by RJ RS SS 350.
