That's what he had done, didn't work. I cut the url, and pasted it in the box in the "chain link", and it shows up.

Yikes! I agree about checking the oil. That sounds like the valve train. At a minimum change the oil and use synthetic.

Years back I had a '99 Cadillac Catera. I was using Fram oil filters at the time. One day it started to make noise just like this. I decided I didn't want to deal with it and ended up giving the car to my dad. He took it apart and found pieces of the oil filter in small orifices leading to the valve train. Took the filter off and it was twisted up and broken apart. Amazingly he got everything working again but it always made noise for while after starting it up until everything got fully lubricated.

I was focused on fixing the video link, I missed that part about only at idle. Listening again, it does sound more like crankcase/valve sounds.

There is oil, it is not leaking. Also there is around 115,000 miles on it. Ill do some investigating tonight and see what else might be wrong.

Pull the valve cover, look at the front timing chain guide, and the top guide , is the chain loose

that doesn't sound internal. sounds external, something like the airbox or the exhaust leak like others suggested.

Only at idle, maybe because other sounds cover it up?
