Consider new injectors and orings and cups.
still the P0134 and P0135 aren’t about the injectors

P0134/P0135 mean that the #1 (upstream) O2 sensor is not getting power or is bad. Broken wires, loose/bad connections, blown fuses or mishandled sensor.

I can't seem to find the thread about a substitute injector for the 2006 2.2 that's less prone to clogging, not to mention cheaper. Nor can I recall the name of the member who started it. Anyone know what I talking about?

There is a TSB about the 2006 2.4L injectors involving changing the injectors and updating the firmware. Nothing to do with clogging just calibration and specs.
In this case the codes don't have anything to do with that.

12606110 Is the correct part number for the 2006 fuel injectors the 2006 through 2008 had these, the flex fuel 2009 to 2011 had different numbers

Here is the TSB, even though it has nothing to do with this thread.

ok so this just keeps getting more and more annoying. after pulling the battery to get it serviced, the codes are of course wiped. I figured out a way to clean the injectors as seen in my previous comment. Noticing the gaskets on the cups of two were shot, i got the rebuild kit and replaced all the injectors cups and gaskets with the kit i listed above... here's a pic of how nasty the grime was inside the cups.
Here's the latest hiccup. No fuel delivery from fuel line.
this is a breakdown of what i did:
pulled fuel pump fuses. cranked engine to clear as much gas as possible so when disconnecting line and rail i could minimize residual spillage - seemed to work as was much less of a mess than last time i pulled it.
removed rail and injectors
cleaned them as seen in video and later replaced gaskets and cups (3+ days passed at this point)
reinstalled everything. checked and reinserted fuses - also had made sure bolts on fusebox were tight
tried starting car several times and NADA
at one point, a P0107 code pending showed up but later disappeared.
i rechecked all connections under hood to make sure i didn't miss anything
checked relief valve on fuel rail and nothing came out/no pressure
decided to pull the fuel line - nothing there - not so much as a drop.
put recorder under car to verify can hear fuel pump priming - it does
also rocked car to listen for gas in tank sloshing - got slosh
Is there such a thing as vapor lock on newer cars? is this some sort of air in the line/vacuum issue or ??

Ok, the pump is making noise. Is it pumping gas to the rail? Just wrap a rag around the Schrader valve and push the pin, gas should gush out.
Have you checked for spark?
The P0107 leads me to looking at the ECM connector, since that is where the MAP gets its 5V ref.
I am now confused; please state the exact current situation.

Situation is no start. No fuel in line. When i get home i will try again to see if i get fuel pressure in the line via shr valve check as u suggest.

Stick a fuel pressure gauge on it.
