Getting rid of it 150 in all 3 and 120 in #4

Head gasket. a shop could fix for 6 hours labor + $50 for the gasket.

It could be a stuck or carboned ring, run Seafoam thru it, can’t hurt.

It could be a few things. The previously mentioned leak down test would determine whether it is rings/piston, gasket, or valves.

Did you try putting oil in number 4? If it hasn't been firing the rings might be washed down by the unburned fuel.
