Question for ChevyMgr

A few months back I bought some red plastic wire loom, to replace the existing black tubing covering all the exposed wiring under the hood.

Here is my question, will I void my warranty by doing this visual mod? I know some other members got into problems once they started tinkering with the wiring.

No. At least not in my shop and I would say most good dealers.

In the end, it has to be proven that the modification directly affected the part that fails.

I put a torque converter in my A4 2.2L HHR and 10k miles later it craps the bed, well I am going to have to pay for a rebuild, R&R, fluids, taxes, labor.

Thanks Guys! As long as I don't get in there with a razor knife, I might be OK.
