I have a 2007 HHR LS radio started to quit playing the it would play again I had NO IDEAL why it would just STOP Then start again but you get mad so after about 6 months of just not knowing when it wants to stop & go to Tweeters only I bought some Sony 6-6.5" round Speakers yep IT WAS THE SPEAKERS the whole TIME ..took about 2 hours to fix.. SOUNDS GREAT NOW .

 

Hey Mods. This needs to be moved out of the "How To" section.

 

I TOLD how to fix the radio not working & it also fixed the left key in Ign. warning device because your turn sig. on warning goes through rad. to sorry if you were upset but it told how to FIX IT..

 

George wasn't taking a shot at you skates, but the How To sub-Forum is reserved for threads that provide succinct step by step directions on "How To" do something or perform a maintenance task.

I'm really glad that you got your issue solved, but it just doesn't fit into the definition of a "How To" thread, hence the move into the Problems sub-Forum.

 

Sorry skates. Didn't mean to offend you. No, I wasn't upset. Maybe my previous reply was a little short as far as the reason why your post needed to be moved.

I am just sooo confused. I did not know that firemangeorge needed help with his radio. I bet he would have Searched for the problem if he had it.

Maybe IB should play with the Search tool. It has been giving some odd results lately.
