According to the 2006 service manual pdf.....
Ball joint to control arm nut and bolts. 50 lb ft
Ball joint to steering knuckle (First pass) 37 lb ft Reverse 3/4 turn
(second pass) 37 lb ft +30 degrees
Control arm to front frame bolts 41 lb ft
Control arm to rear frame bolts 74 lb ft +180 degrees

It's the steering knuckle (which the strut is also attached to) Maybe it looks like it's part of the strut when it's all assembled? Those are all the torque specs given in the service manual.
